Historic Manor House

About the Space

Our home is a historic manor house that operated as a turf farm when the home was built in 1933. Although most of the acreage has been sold we retain 5 beautiful acres. Our home has a long driveway lined with boxwoods ending in a circular driveway. Two pair of tall white columns frame the grand front porch with a oversized wood stained front door. The left side of our property is bordered by a wooded forest conservation area which creates a lovely natural backdrop. The interior includes the original billard room with wood lined walls and a grand fireplace and mantel. The formal family room has been utilized as our family library and is lined with bookshelves and includes a baby grand piano. The cozy dining room includes a fireplace (non working) and mantle. Our kitchen is a smaller country kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wood counter tops. We have a TV room off the back of the house that exits onto our modern back porch with cable railings. Half of the deck is a screened porch. The deck has a beautiful view through the back yard to the golf course that borders our property. We have a guest house on the back of the property that includes a detached garage, fenced garden and deck, also looking towards the golf course.
