*We Offer Student Discounts* We are a operating recording studio, housed in an old brick warehouse in DTLA. This 3 story building has an open floor plan with a warm vintage vibe. Exposed brick walls and wood flooring create beautiful textures paired with the warm, muted lighting. Space Specs: - LxWxH: 36'x35'x16' - Electrical - Our Main Panel has 14 available circuits. In the main studio we have 2 sub panels, one with 14 circuits, one with 7 circuits. In the kitchen we have 1 sub panel with 4 circuits. Parking: - Onsite Parking: 2 Cars Only - Street Parking - 4hr Meter - 1hr Free - Paid Lots - Walking Distance

We really liked this location, they were very accommodating to our needs, and extremely helpful. Our only note is they should mention in the listing that there are subtenants in the facility as this caused a disturbance for us.
