*We Offer Student Discounts* Nestled in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, our recording studio occupies a charming three-story brick warehouse, exuding a warm, vintage vibe that inspires creativity. The open floor plan invites collaboration, while the stunning exposed brick walls and rich wood flooring provide a beautiful backdrop, blending texture and warmth. Soft, muted lighting casts a cozy glow throughout the space, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and expansive. Our studio is designed to nurture the artistic spirit and bring your vision to life. Space Specs: - LxWxH: 36'x35'x16' - Electrical - Our Main Panel has 14 available circuits. In the main studio we have 2 sub panels, one with 14 circuits, one with 7 circuits. In the kitchen we have 1 sub panel with 4 circuits. Parking: - Onsite Parking: 2 Cars Only - Street Parking - 4hr Meter - 1hr Free - Paid Lots - Walking Distance

I worked with Dave, and he was really nice and went beyond what would be expected to accommodate my shoot. I had an issue with lighting and he rustled up a light from somewhere in storage and figured out how to hang it from the ceiling really quickly. If I need a space like this again, I won't hesitate to book it!

We really liked this location, they were very accommodating to our needs, and extremely helpful. Our only note is they should mention in the listing that there are subtenants in the facility as this caused a disturbance for us.
