About the Space

This 501c3 Non-Profit Organization has been here for twenty years helping the community of Eagle Rock. So any filming here will be going toward a great cause! The 2,640 square feet includes the coffee shop AND the adjacent event space, which is a super eclectic multi-use area, that could play as a dance studio, AA meeting space, classroom, community center, event space, after school program, because that's what it actually plays as in real life. They host Zumba classes in there, and host an after-school program, that we would have to coordinate with and re-schedule if and when you book with this property. The Coffee Shop is a working coffee shop, and open 7 days a week, but can easily be closed and coordinated with for the right project. The photos are recent. Crew Parking is available at some churches nearby, Travis can tell you about them. They will cost money and are not associated with the Rock community center. Insurance, a contract and donation to the Rock community center are required in order to film here. You will also have to obtain a film permit with the city, which is Film LA Territory. Ask site rep if you need help obtaining a permit. He is a working location scout and manager in the film industry and very helpful. He can advise you on where to park vehicles and/or trucks on the street, as well as crew parking. Have a Blessed Day.
