Located in historic Midtown Atlanta this home was built as a French Colonial hybrid in 1921, and has since been fully renovated with a new cellar; front yard and porch; back addition including brand-new kitchen; and a carriage house/garage in back. Interior is best described as old-meets-new rustic modern with many design cues that hearken back to the property's original design. home has an upper patio with views of midtown. NOTE: we require at least 4 weeks booking time... I have a young son at home in elementary school so last-minute requests usually cannot be accommodated. thanks for your understanding.
