It is in Jersey City's booming Bergen Lafayette. Perfectly located just one block from the MLK light rail station. Where you can take it to the Exchange Street Path Station and one additional stop to WTC/NYC via PATH. Our block is lined with brick rowhomes across the street making the block aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The first floor consists of a living room, open kitchen/dining and powder room. The second floor offers two bedrooms, a full bath and a smaller room that could be used as an office or nursery. The top floor is a beautiful open plan loft with 3 columns and navy blue walls. A beautiful large lush manicured backyard with a beautiful large pear tree. ***The rate is non negotiable. We are open to discussions on the number of people depending the scope of the project or event. Every hour and person must be accounted for. We value this home very much and prefer to work with companies, brands and people that understand the value. ***No Last minute bookings. We require 72 hour notice. If you have a project that you want to pitch to us we will consider 48 hour notice. ***A site rep must be present for all bookings. Cost of site rep will be based on the total # of people attending event, production etc.
