The spacious interior features two floors with minimalist modern furnishings that can easily be moved and adapted to fit your needs. The parlor floor includes a grand living room with an ornate tin ceiling, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, a bathroom with a shower, as well as a cozy office nestled in between large doors which when opened create a large sun-filled space. Outside, the brownstone boasts a charming backyard garden, perfect for outdoor productions or scenes. The garden includes a seating area and a variety of plants and flowers. The front stoop is part of a Brownstone lined street that ends in an entrance to Sunset Park. Located in the heart of Sunset Park, this brownstone is easily accessible by public transportation (R, N, D lines) and offers a variety of nearby amenities, including restaurants, cafes, and shops. It is located a half a block from one of the highest points and best views in Brooklyn in addition to Bush Terminal, a new waterfront park, just 3 blocks away. A Supermarket is right around the corner on the same block for craft and catering convenience. In addition, lots of musical instruments, and other props are available plus the following photo and video equipment is available for rental if needed: Canon 5DMKIV cameras, Blackmagic 6k camera, EF lenses, LED Fiilex lights, C-Stands, apple boxes, video camera tripods, and extra grip. Please reach out about rental costs. Heavy Equipment can’t be plugged into the Location’s power network. Crews should be aware that the Location runs on normal household power circulation and that they would need to arrange for an external power generator themselves may they have any Heavy Equipment in their EQ Package. The Location is not a professional ‘soundstage studio’. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot.
