Situated in a protected historic neighborhood known for its colorful earthen Sonoran rowhouses—often serving as vibrant backdrops for photoshoots—this 140-year-old stucco adobe rowhouse offers timeless character and charm. Tucked away on a quiet alley street, the home features original wood floors and beautifully thick adobe walls that reflect its rich history. The main room showcases exposed original adobe brick and moody dark hardwood floors, creating a warm, textured setting. The space flows into a quaint kitchen with a handcrafted bar, Schoolhouse light fixtures, a vintage-style refrigerator, and a skylight that fills the room with natural light. Thoughtful details throughout include primitive furnishings, vintage artwork, stoneware, layered textiles, a curated book collection, a stereo system with record player, high-end flax linen bedding, and Supima cotton waffle-knit towels. Additional props are available upon request. The rowhouse is one of three connected shotgun-style units, each with private courtyard patios and a detached casita. The property can be booked individually or combined with the other units for larger productions or events.
