About the Space

Historic 120+ year old House First location scouting is free. Any subsequent location usage will be charged at a discounted rate and must be after the location has been booked. COI will be required before the dates can be confirmed. Only low amplitude stunt work allowed.     Beautiful house and location for our short. Kenneth was very accommodating to our needs and charges a fair rate. Be careful with the second floor on a hot summer day though, the air conditioning doesn't reach up there! Would definitely book again.
