About the Space

Cute and modern retail store/craft studio with a rustic minimalist vibe in a 1940's space. Lots of light raw wood furniture, wicker, blue and white touches, plants, crystals, and a fab vintage baby bathtub sink. Store specializes in stationery, art supplies, and gifts, so plenty of beautifully displayed canvases, sketchbooks, pencils, paints, sponges, toys and the like. We have plenty of additional tables and stools on hand, which we normally use for workshops and crafting. Space can easily be rearranged to create more of a retail vibe or an art studio/lesson setup. There are large unadorned walls (white, light gray and deep blue) which work great for interviews. Space is approx. 700 sq ft, plus a small restroom and storage closet. Always open to suggestions and layout changes to make your productions work. We have previously worked with Cartel Pictures, for their feature film The Ex Next Door.
