This country circa@1910 Victorian sits atop of a hill with old river rock walls and grassy slopes with an outbuilding that can be used as a studio/shed space. There are three parking areas on the property. The large wraparound porch provides views out toward the Shawangunk mountains. Perennials adorn the front walkway and side hills. A tire swing hangs from the old butternut tree out front. The front double parlor has a fireplace, exposed beams, refinished floors, a circular bay of stained glass windows with a restored round walnut bench. One side of the double parlor has a billiard table and pocket doors that lead to another sitting area. There is a designated office/library and an exercise room with a sauna. A second sitting room has stained glass windows, exposed beams and another fireplace! The kitchen is large with honey cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast nook, and a butcher block island. A first floor vintage bathroom with an ornate full length built in mirror completes the lower level. The upper level has 4 good sized bedrooms, attic spaces in each bedroom and a newer remodeled bathroom with a glass shower enclosure.
