About the Space

This hilltop backyard sits on a private 10-acre property and offers a clean, open setting that works well for production crews. The main backyard alone is over 8,000 sq ft and includes a 16’x32’ swimming pool, a small pond with a water feature, a covered gazebo with an outdoor fireplace, and two separate grassy areas. The yard overlooks a steep drop-off, giving the space a dramatic open-sky feel and unobstructed views of the surrounding hills. There’s also a north-side yard—about 1,600–1,700 sq ft—shaped in an L, with grass, some concrete, and decomposed granite walkways. It connects to the main backyard through a 4-foot gate and works well as a staging area or small additional filming zone. Beyond the main yard, the rest of the property offers a lot of variety for outdoor shots: native oak trees, boulders, spring wildflowers, a cinder-block barn, pipe fencing, and a range of natural terrain. The space can comfortably handle crews of 30–50 people, but parking is limited close to the house. Three to four vehicles can park by the house or in the driveway. Additional vehicles will need to park at the barn or along the road, each a few hundred yards away.
