This backyard sits on a wide hillside terrace with open views and a clean concrete patio that’s easy to work with for both productions and events. The space has plenty of room to set up gear, seating, dining, or staging areas, and the surrounding palm trees give it a relaxed Southern California feel. There are multiple lounge and seating clusters, a built-in bar under a pergola, and open stretches of patio that can be rearranged to fit different layouts. The hillside backdrop adds depth for cameras and a natural setting for interviews, lifestyle content, and photo shoots. For events, the patio can comfortably host up to 75 guests with room to move around. It’s a simple, open, versatile space with a great view—easy for crews and easy for gatherings.
