Located in King West, across from Stanley Park, the space offers a combination of high end finishes and open-concept studio space for your next event, as well as *accomodations* for you and your team. See below for details. The front space comes with a private glass enclosed meeting room, a front lobby area with vibrant tiles, a large glass-tiled window and high ceilings. The rear of the space has hardwood floors with tall ceilings in an open concept studio space, perfect for photo/video shoots, fitness classes, merchandising and retail. The space also has a 3 piece washroom and a full-service kitchenette. The back of the building has a parking spot for 2 small-medium cars or 1 large vehicle, with a loading back access at truck height, leading directly into the space. *Accomodations* For those traveling into the city for their event, we have on-site accommodations that can be booked at a discounted rate. Our artist-inspired executive suits are perfect for traveling teams, green/staging rooms for events and special guests or simply expanded square footage for the event overall. We have 2 suites on site for your use and can accommodate up to 10 people, depending on the configuration. Inquire for more details.
