Booking Details - Capacity: Up to 75 guests. Events of up to 100 people may be considered with the required permits, paperwork, additional fees, and approval. - Available Hours: 8:00 AM–11:30 PM - Mandatory Cleaning Fee: $300, payable before the booking date - Optional Pre-Setup Service: $250 for tables and chairs to be arranged before arrival Bar and Alcohol Policy - Hosted Bar: You may bring alcohol for complimentary service to your guests, provided no alcohol is sold and no donations are collected in exchange for drinks. - Alcohol Sales: If you wish to sell drinks, the venue team may operate the bar, subject to availability and building approval. There is no upfront cost to you, and bar profits go to the venue. Optional Services - Bartender Assistance: $50 per hour per bartender, with a two-bartender minimum, for events serving complimentary drinks. - Alcohol Purchasing: The venue team can purchase alcohol on your behalf for a 20% service fee on the alcohol cost. - Catering: In-house catering is available, or you may bring your own caterer.
