About the Space
A high-end boutique gym with vast amounts of all black standard and specialized equipment. The interior features 18+ft tall open ceilings, all black walls, all black ceiling and floor. In most areas we have 1/2" thick rubber impact flooring. The windows are tinted to 2.5% darkness. It is dark inside the gym even in the daylight and outsiders cannot see into the unit. It is a very private and intimate space. The walls feature large LED backlit mirrors and full RGB LED ambient lighting throughout. We also have directional track lighting with electronic faders for full lighting control. We have a KRK sound system and great acoustics. We are located in the beautiful mountainous Skyline Ranch Plaza with vast gorgeous city views just a half a mile up the same street. We have a 20'x15' separate personal training room as well with two punching bags and two folding racks.
