Serene, untouched nature with a huge 50,000 square foot open field with Joshua trees, high desert beauty, and views all around. **The $35/hr rate is only applicable for small film crews 1-5 members** Crew sizes of 30+ and it’s a minimum flat rate of $750 per day. No permits are required. Film location located 75 minutes from Los Angeles in Rosamond, CA. The open field sits on a 10-acre desert property that abounds with Joshua trees, desert vegetation, and features amazing panoramic mountain, valley, rock quarry, wind farm, and city valley views. Feature films, TV shows, commercials, music videos, stills contemporary, western, period, automotive, science fiction. Internal and many external tracks/roads for action scenes, race scenes etc. (External may require permits) Accessible Hotels, service stations, restaurants, and support near. Depending on your inquiry you might be charged the rate below: - Large production (30+ people): $900 for a day (depends on the impact the production will have on the landscape).
