About the Space

Our outdoor event space brings together creatives who aspire to work collectively or collaboratively and build community within our Hidden gem in East Williamsburg. We inhabit a very spacious open plan and bright outdoor multi purpose green space that has an eclectic and lush hidden forest like feel decked out with plants and trees tucked behind one of the last rows of residential buildings in the industrial area of Morgan ave close to the subway station. We can accommodate various different types of events productions and business meetings. Wellness retreat day or simply a gorgeous green space to and get stuff done online while enjoying the outdoors. The whole space is quite large over 1200 sq ft and open plan but also can easily be divided into different sections for different groups. The area closest to the entrance to the garden has a Drinks counter , food prep area and fully working propane grill (available as an add on.) The second section of the garden which is slightly elevated to the entrance area is cover in sand colored pebbles and has a large green square space in the center. There is handmade wooden dining tables and benches with wheels for easy moving and re arranging as well as extra fold out chairs available We have a 30ft projector wall and 8ft wooden fencing completely circling the garden. Wonderful light though out the day and great at twilight too. Although the garden needs to be entered through the lower level of our main building and guesthouse we can arrange equipment hauling though the garden nextdoor which leads to the sidewalk. For evening and night time events we have two options 120ft soft outdoor bulbs overhead that completely cover the overhead space and projection wall or a single 40 ft line of string lights strung on the right fence. The area has a wonderful campground like forest feel in the evening times and we have three tiki torches on-site available to add on to keep any pesky bugs away. We are best suited to intimate gatherings and small productions but the space can comfortably fit up to 30 -35 people. Although we are a hidden gem we are easy to get to situated on the same block as the Morgan ave subway station & Bogart street creative district in the heart of East Williamsburg , which is 15 mins from Manhattan , 20 mins from Queens easy access to both airports directly by subway LGA and JFK. Any questions please reach out we are excited to work with you When booking Please state Total time needed for complete load in set up and take down in your booking The route to the Garden is through our two floor guesthouse for your convenience there is a bathroom located in the basement level close to the garden entrance. Please note the garden space only is available for rent with use of the downstairs bathroom in the basement The whole property is not available at this moment Please be ready to do a walk through at the end of booking All items and decorations must be taken down and taken with you If there is any left items a few of $80 will be charged please make sure to take Everything Everyone must be exited the venue by the end of the booking time Late check out will incur a fee of $200 Thanks
