A quiet, private, very flexible space. Shopping Center has several long term tenants including a great Pizzeria w/ best Pizza/Chicken Wings in the Antelope Valley. Plenty of parking, power access, and paid for trash/water/electric. Fun props to use however you like. Property Management has leasing option flexibility and on-site capability to modify or build something special upon request. The vibe is a mash-up of Country, "Twin Peaks" type rural/desert community and and Blue Collar American Pride, Biker club hangout, post WWII victory celebration...all w/ a small town fair. Uber kewl.
