Bank barn built in the historic village of Blair and backing onto the Grand River. Over 600' of river surrounded by public parks and conservation area for a truly secluded vantage point of the Grand River. The barn was originally built in the 1880's and converted to a home in the 1940's. The original construction still remains with river rock foundation and log and beam ceilings. House is 1700 square feet. If you are interested in an outdoor only photo shoot, we can reduce the minimum hours for a shoot down to 1 hour. Please contact for more details. Beautiful features such as original wooden ceilings and beams. River rock fireplace. Multiple decks overlooking the grand river and an exposed rock wall in the basement. Property size is 3/4 acre with lots of room to work with and lots of biodiversities. For projects requiring the river, the river is approximately 3' deep in front of the house and is approximately 60m wide. Canoe and kayaks are available for use.
