About the Space

Our 3,000 sq ft heritage brick-and-hardwood studio blends character with modern versatility. Originally built in 1898 and converted in the early 2000s, the space features exposed brick walls, polished hardwood floors, and large sash windows that fill the loft with natural light. The open-concept layout offers exceptional flexibility, making it ideal for film productions, photo shoots, workshops, private events, and immersive experiences. The space can easily transform into an intimate nightclub-style setting or lounge depending on your needs. Amenities include climate control, multiple washrooms, elevator access, and on-site support. Security cameras are in place, and security, cleaning, and production assistance are available to ensure a smooth experience. A large parking lot is located next to our rear entrance off the back alley, with additional street parking nearby. All of this, set in the heart of historic Gastown.
