Die Roofbar im 7. und 8. Stock des Kraus-Turms bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über die Dächer von Heidelberg. Um der ehemaligen TurmBAR neues Leben einzuhauchen, wurden die beiden Etagen unter Mitwirkung von Reza Amini von der Amini Interior Design GmbH neu gestaltet. Der Tradition des Ortes folgend, wurde die Dachbar nach Friedrich Wilhelm Hans Kurt Schilling, dem ursprünglichen Erbauer der Alten Glockengießerei, umbenannt. Das neue Innendesign ist bewusst dezent in dunklen Anthrazittönen gehalten, die durch dezente Goldapplikationen in geometrischen Formen aufgefrischt werden. Dadurch wirkt die aufwendig gestaltete Deckenbeleuchtung, vor allem in der Cocktailbar im 7. Stock, gerade in der Dämmerung und bei Dunkelheit besonders eindrucksvoll, ohne abzulenken und den Panoramablick zu verstellen. Das attraktive Interieur ergänzt und unterstreicht die schöne Aussicht, die praktisch jeden Tag in malerischen Sonnenauf- und -untergängen ihre Höhepunkte findet. The Roofbar on the 7th and 8th floor of the Kraus Tower offers a wonderful view over the rooftops of Heidelberg. In order to breathe new life into the former TurmBAR, both floors were redesigned with the collaboration of Reza Amini from Amini Interior Design GmbH. In keeping with the tradition of the site, the Roofbar was renamed after Friedrich Wilhelm Hans Kurt Schilling as the original builder of the Old Bell Foundry. The new interior design is deliberately discreetly held in dark anthracite tones refreshed by subtle gold applications in geometric shapes. As a result, particularly in twilight and darkness, the lavishly designed ceiling lighting, especially in the cocktail bar in the 7th floor, is particularly impressive without distracting oneself and distracting from the panoramic view. The attractive interior complements and underlines the beautiful view, which finds its highlights in picturesque sunrises and sunsets practically every day.
