A historic two-story, ten-unit Spanish Colonial-style courtyard condominium building with an elaborate 3 tier middle fountain and garden courtyard. The building was built by Cecil B. DeMille in 1928 giving it the Old Hollywood glamour and period feel. The building was designated as a Historic-Cultural Monument as well as listed under the National Register of Historic Places.
