Please abide by the following rules to avoid disturbing neighbors: • Be quiet and keep traffic in the hallway to a minimum • Lift your equipment and do not stomp on the stairs • Wear soft-soled shoes to reduce footstep noise • Do not leave any equipment in the hallway • Do not loiter in the hallway or on the stoop ~ HOUSE RULES ~ • Removes shoes (shoe booties available) • Keep the door closed during the event • Handle vintage pieces with care, they are not replaceable • No music, playing instruments, singing • No glitter, sequins, candles, items that can shed or drip • No smoking anywhere, fire escape included • No fog machines or similar • No pets ~ SOUND-SENSITIVE PRODUCTIONS ~ The space is very quiet, but there might be occasional noises from the street or neighbors living upstairs (please note it is not allowed to ask them to be quiet for the sake of the production)

Great space with a very communicative host. Used it for a shoot and was able to get in and out smoothly. Owner leaves very detailed instructions. Very cool, vintage, retro items throughout the space that make great cutaways if needed. You must check out the clear turntable.
