About the Space
PHOTOSHOOTS PRODUCT PHOTOS LIFESTYLE BOUDOIR STAGING FILMING ETC.. Hamptons / farm style house built in 2019 on 5.5 acres. Mt. Baker views. Open field in the back..in quiet Mt. Lehman Abbotsford. 5 minutes north of the freeway. Surrounded by wineries and farms. (2 minutes from the Mt. Lehman Community Hall) The house is on a cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street. Nice and easy going neighbours and plenty of easy access parking in the driveway, in the back and on the street. Food / craft services trucks are able to park in the back. 2500 sqft rentable main floor space including back patio space. More of the house can be rented if needed. 3 floors total. 5500 sqft + 2000 sqft unfinished basement with French door walk out. Apple and fruit orchard. MAIN FLOOR 2500 sq ft living area Open floor plan. Kitchen, pantry (prep kitchen), Wolf appliances, wine bar, bathroom, great room (double sliding doors to outside), dining room (French doors lead out to covered seating area), lots of windows and natural light plus a large gas fireplace, window seats etc.. UPSTAIRS Master bedroom with great light and window seat + large bathroom with freestanding tub. Guest room with neutral palate. Extremely durable floors throughout.
