A long driveway leads to a regulation basketball hoop, a winding garden path in the front yard leads to a secluded patio/sitting area with a hammock and views. The home is on top a hill with 360 degree views from Downtown, to the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale.  The basketball area only offers a half court experience near the house's parking garage and driveway.
