Half Acre Ranch with Gazebo

About the Space

Our ranch consists of approximately a half acre of land with a gazebo. Our ranch is a great place for video/movie shoots, commercial shoots, corporate vision retreats, outdoor receptions, outdoor game competitions, DIY paintball field, family reunions, picnics, camping, weddings, podcasts, and MUCH MORE! Animals are not on the property but are allowed. We are located in a residential area (Railroad is located behind property with an approximate normal schedule 1- 2 a.m. & 1-2 p.m.). There is plenty of space for cast trailers. The adjoining long, concrete driveway can accommodate about 8 vehicles. Parking on grass is allowed. No indoor space is included with rental. Property has been rented previously for helicopter landing (no pad). Renters must have liability insurance and sign waiver. We are convenient to fast food restaurants (located within 2 miles). Nearby Georgia cities include: Albany, Moultrie, Cairo, Thomasville, Bainbridge.
