Tucked neatly under a 1930's , this venue is brimming with character. The inconspicuous private basement entrance gives a modern speak-easy feel. Right in the heart of Braintree , this location is in easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and markets. Street parking is available, along with our large fenced in parking lot; and the Red Line is an easy walk away. This fresh and inspiring space is perfect for any team meeting, class, conference, or meet-up! With a large conference room, oversized dinette, cozy sitting areas, open coat closet, multiple restrooms, and private entrance; this is the perfect space to wow your attendees. The set-up options are endless. In the conference room we offer ten two-person wood finish desks, which can be arranged in several configurations; a long banquet style table that seats 12 and includes a long bench, 20 folding chairs, and the option to have several cozy sitting areas as well. This room can also be completely empty if that suits your needs better! The dinning area has tables and seating for up to 17 people, a four-foot sink, full-size refrigerator and 20 foot long butcher block counter top. We offer a simple yet excellent catering menu for breakfast and lunch from local cafes. If you are interested in letting us handle the hassle, just ask! Otherwise you are welcome to bring in your own refreshments. We are an eco-conscious business and offer convenient trash and recycle receptacles, sustainable disposable dining-ware, and aluminum water bottles upon request.
