This state of the Art Event Venue using a building with historic relevance is perfect to have Corporate Events, Concerts, Weddings, Meetings, Parties, Entertainment and Events big and small in a downtown location. Conveniently located in downtown Springfield, Missouri with over 12,000 sq.ft. with a max of 551 people. The Ballroom is an open slate. We can set up for your wedding or event completely personalized for your style. This area can handle table seating up to 350. We have a private parking lot behind the building that holds 50 cars and have access to 3 other parking lots for your guests to use. Venue Rentals: $3,480.00 - Saturdays $3,160.00 - Fridays $2,880 Sunday - Thursday Wedding Venue Rental Includes Venue for 12 hours (latest Midnight) and Includes Tables For Dinner and 300 Chairs. Additional features of the venue: FRONT AREA This area is great for a bar, cocktail tables, food, photo booths, etc. Makes a great addition to your event. ENTERTAINMENT LOUNGE AREA This area is great for your clients and/or guests to lounge in and includes a large screen TV. FULL SERVICE BAR We promise to always provide value and outstanding service. Our facility includes a Full Service Bar Area that can provide beverage service (with or without Alcohol) for crowds of any size. If required, we can provide additional satellite bar service elsewhere in the facility. DRESSING ROOM This is a great room with ample space for you to bring your wedding party to get ready in. STAGE & SCREEN We have a LARGE screen which is ran from a computer and is NOT a projection screen so it gives you GREAT quality. Stage can be rented in 4x8ft sections. CONCERT QUALITY SOUND SYSTEM Our sound and video system is state of the art. We are technically advanced for your wedding, concert or corporate event. OUTSIDE AREA This outdoor area is included with venue rental.
