This is a multi-use event space that has a large open space than can be used for lecture, entertainment, filming, or special events as well as several smaller rooms that can be used for meetings, dressing rooms, or small gatherings. Kitchens, bathrooms, dance/fitness studio, and parking all available as well. Lobby space, dressing rooms if need be, ample restrooms, colored lighting, stage. The room can be broken down to a smaller space if need be. We also have 400 chairs that can be used for concert seating or conference seating etc., There is a sound system and the sound technician would be extra. The stage runs 3/4 of the length of the wall with exit doors on either side. Any scene can be set up in the area. Ceilings are 40 feet high.
