We are a unique skincare center with a Zen Vibe. Our location offers a modern flair, beautiful classic atmosphere, large space approx. 1500 sq ft workspace. We have outdoor seating as well as plenty of parking within a parking structure located just behind our salon. Our property management/landlord is very accommodating, many film shoots happen on and around our property. I am the sole owner of my brand. Our unique location offers plenty of space inside in an open concept. There as multiple seating areas, large glossy black front desk and 2 separate areas devoted to skincare. We do facials here, but the chairs, set up and decor are equally suitable for Hairdressers/Barbers and Nails, or anything else related to beauty. The decor is zen like, and the colors are gender neutral (Black and grey). A perfect place for a variety of shoots. We are located on a corner lot, with plenty of seating outside and ample amounts of film/walkway space. Property City: Valencia, Santa Clarita Property State: California Location Characteristics: Corner lot, open style concept salon, north and west facing windows throughout with great natural lighting, plenty of film and walkway space. There is an enclosed sanitation station and stock room, as well as a private office and decorated bathroom. Parking availability: There is free parking located just steps away from our front door.
