Build in stages from bricks which were end of the lot from the brickworks nearby, the construction is unique and varied. There are 32 gothic stone arches. The place has been described as medieval and haunted. It has a commercial kitchen and unique accommodation. Could be good for a reality show. It is in the rainforest, many kangaroos and birdlife. There is also a fruit orchard with tropical fruits. There is a beautiful freshwater creek which runs through the property. It would be easy to feed and house the crew, there is the commercial kitchen, 10 toilets, 8 showers. Air conditioning and heating. Completely refurbished in 2019. We are on power mains. There is an open field and can land helicopters. We are surrounded by national park. We have spiders, snakes, pythons, chickens, a pond, and lots of tropical fruit trees. Bananas, macadamias, cashews, mangos, papayas, oranges, grapefruit, durian, soursop, cacao, sapote and much more. There is space to shoot outdoors in the open as well as in the rainforest or on the creek. It would be possible to fly drones as well on this private property. We are able to cater to the crew. There is more accommodation in the area should it be needed. We are 45 minutes from the Cairns international airport and 30 minutes from Smithfield, which has access to a large array of shopping and construction materials. It is possible to rent cranes and other such equipment in Cairns. We are also 30 minutes from the ocean / Great Barrier Reef.
