This gorgeous mid century modern home is 3,300 square feet and sits on a beautiful 17,000 square foot lot. The home features tons of natural light, a large, private yard with fruit trees, pool, spa and outdoor grill. We have gorgeous mature trees which create a private setting for gathering and relaxation in our pool and deck area. Our Yamaha C7 Grand Piano is on the main (upstairs) floor in our large living room. The lower level features a home recording studio. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms with a large kitchen and open concept main floor.
