About the Space

Large gorgeous multi-level space available in prime Financial District location across from the NYSE. There are two distinct spaces that may be utilized together or separately... With direct entry from the street, the ground floor has a refined, old world feel with marble floors, arched windows, 20ft+ ceilings, and a mezzanine with beautiful wooden banister. The second floor - which may be accessed via escalator, elevator, or stairs - is recently renovate with clean white walls and wood panel floors. There are also breakout rooms and brand new bathrooms on this level. ADA accessable. Lots of power available. *Projectors, screens, speakers, and additional AV equipment is available for rental.
