About the Space

Our studio is an industrial, open, 1460 square foot, space with beautiful natural light that is provided by two North facing windows measuring 10 feet tall by 15 feet long. It boasts 14 foot ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and microwave available and a sitting area. A vanity area is available as well as a dressing room. Clothing steamer is included. The fridge is stocked with waters for your shoot. There are 3 large rolling walls (10 feet wide by 8 feet high) for use as backgrounds that are reversible for 6 background options: white, gray, black, green, crimson, and barnwood. Green screen and seamless is available as an add on. In addition to the rolling walls we have two walls in studio that are painted (one is deep brown and the other is boho tan). We have a bar for hanging seamless for sweeps. C Stands, sandbags, and apple boxes are also included with your rental. There are 4 couches and many chairs and stools that are used for props or relaxing during your shoot time. Perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, music videos, or content creation.
