We have a lovely luxury home in the tree-lined Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Our 3,500 square foot home is a 2-story 1925 Mediterranean-style house. The front and back yards are beautifully landscaped. The house is very open so it is easy to host people and filming equipment. The main floor has a gourmet kitchen, open family room, living room, formal dining room, office and 1 ½ bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. In the backyard, we have a swimming pool, spa, large deck, outdoor barbecue, and garden. We have had 100 people in the backyard for events. There is a detached garage that has been updated to an office. We have plenty of street parking.
