Great house and very nice owners, get ready for a leg workout lol so many stairs.

Contemporary industrial loft-style townhouse with huge roofdeck and VIEWS. Large open concept living area with brick wall, patio, amazing stairway, lots of windows and light. Great open kitchen with large island. 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on third floor, and roofdeck on 4th floor with wood lounge area, and grassy open area with large dining table, budha's plants, and 360 views!
