About the Space

The space is available for photoshoots, videos, retreats, meetings, etc, but not events or parties. We allow only 15 people maximum. In the rental price bedroom with its own bathroom is included. You have available an outdoor kitchen area with a full fridge, you will have designated space for storing your food and drinks. The outdoor shower is available for use. The space has been previously rented for music videos, photoshoots, retreats, and more.     We had a small birthday party for my daughter. The backyard was literally a ‘dream’ and all the guests loved the place and were in awe. It was a big hit and great ambience. It has a special vibe that is so relaxing. It is decorated so well that you really don’t have to add much as far as decorations. There are also so many different games and activities for guests and kids, and Anna was very accommodating with questions. It also felt very private and secluded too. This was my first time booking a rental like this, so I also appreciated that we weren’t being completely watched/supervised like we were intruding on someone’s property. We were so happy to have found this place that made for a very special celebration 🎉

    Celebrated our mom’s 60th birthday and it was perfect! We loved the place and the host is very accommodating.. Anna responds so quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely going back for future events.

    We had our baby shower here and it was amazing!! The space made it so we didn't have to decorate too much. Anna was super nice and helpful and let us tour the space a few days before. We didn't end up using the pool but we used the big grassy area most to play the shower games, which was perfect.

    Anna was the best host and very easy to work with. She made us feel welcomed and answered any question we pretty much had. The pictures of her home don’t do it justice, it’s so much better in person. Our event was a bridal shower and our whole party had so much fun. Thank you so much, Anna, for opening your home and allowing us to enjoy every bit of it. Highly recommend!

    this place is exactly as it's pictured... the vibe is awesome and anna was the best host ever!!! she answered all my questions before I got there... she answered all my questions while i was there... the entire experience from booking to the party was nice and easy... and my sweet 16 and super 17 party went off without a hitch... i love it and i'd definitely recommend this rental...

    My family and I absolutely loved the backyard & pool. I threw my daughter a Sweet 16 pool party with a few family members and friend. The place is so nicely put together that it didn’t require a lot of decor for the party. Few balloons and we were good! Would definitely rent the backyard again and refer to others!

    Anna's responsiveness was perfection. The home is stunning. It really enhanced our product shoot in so many ways. So many corners for creative shots! Highly recommend. :)

    This backyard is beautiful! Anna was so sweet and the best help! I turned 30 and threw a 90’s party and the look went with everything! It was such a vibe. Thank you for everything!!!!

    Beautiful backyard. Just as advertised. Anna was also amazing. Would definitely recommend! Some real contrasting hot spots and shady spots. Definitely need lighting/diffusion if you're doing film or photography.
