The space comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests and includes access to a beautiful outdoor terrace. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: -Seating for up to 30 guests -Fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, sink, and microwave) -High-speed WiFi -Outdoor terrace with additional seating -Cozy fireplace -TV (guests must bring their own HDMI cable) We require event insurance for all productions and all meetings of over 30 people. Please note that all set up and breakdown time should be included in your reservation time. Furniture should not be relocated. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed.
