This private Mojave Desert location is comprised of a large expanse of mountainous and flat land with unobstructed horizon and valley views. It features a mining entrance and interesting rock formations, perfect for shooting mining scenes, westerns, aerial scenes with moving vehicles, building temporary structures, digging or even explosions.
Unique features include: Mining cave entrance, amazing volcanic rock formations, Joshua trees, desert brush, tumbleweeds and raw Mojave desert as far as the eye can see. Sprawling (working) railroad tracks, mountain range and wind farms can be seen in the distance.

The location is pyro, animal, stunt and drone friendly, with the proper permits & safety personnel (Please let us know these details before booking). Film permits are FREE through Kern County!!
NOTE: There are no bathrooms or electricity at location.

There are gas stations, restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, motels and hotels, all within 15 minutes of our location (perfect for multi-day shoots).
