Professionalism Required – If at any time the event or guests become unsafe, inappropriate, or out of hand, the event will be stopped immediately with no refund. Age Requirement – The primary booker must be 25+, and all guests must be 21+. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of others without the booker present. Respectful Use – This is a safe, inclusive, sex-positive environment. All guests are expected to respect the space and community guidelines. Limited noise before 5pm on weekdays due to the neighboring businesses.
