A 9 acre estate, situated on the North Shore of Long Island. House sits atop a 150 ft high bluff, overlooking the Sound. Private access to beach via stairs and a 150ft long boardwalk. The house sits in the middle of two great lawns that are enclosed by woods on three sides, providing a real sense of seclusion. The sunsets are breathtaking and the view across the Sound is expansive.
