Space 6: Bonus Room is an office/chill room so it's an add-on listing but is available complimentary if you let us know prior to your session that you may be interested in using the bonus space. Bonus Room points: Office, Desk, convertible loveseat, mirrors. Moods: Golden Hour. Furniture and Props: Need a reconfiguration? Sure! You are allowed to move things around to your liking with the exception of fragile items such as large pillar candle holders, large mirrors, glass/crystal items, and glass furniture, just use the furniture sliders and place the item back it's original position when you're done. We ask that you please do not light the prop candles. When in doubt, just ask and we'll be happy to help out in any way we can! FAQ Nudity is allowed. Music of any genre is allowed at a conservative volume. This space can hold up to 12 people comfortably, but we have maximum 3 parking spaces available. The Office: Space 6. 4-in-1 Assistant: Need assistance with photos, someone to hold your reflectors, hair jujjing, makeup touch up, or outfit angles during your shoot? No problem, select "4-in-1" Assistant" when booking. Any kinds of genres are welcome to shoot. Most of our bookings are: Boudoir, Social Media Influensterz Content, InstaModels, Musicians, Brand shoots, Reels, and intimate gathering/photos combo. Our space is also great for taking selfies/tiktoks and for single artists, models, artists and different types of creative people just looking for somewhere to take unassisted shoots of themselves in the multiple private settings available. Great for Indie Films, singles, couples, friends, or co-models working together. This is a Pop-Up Event that will last for approximately 6 weeks and ends in mid-late October.
