About the Space

Great space for a nice cozy film or photo shoot. Condo is well maintained and in the center of downtown with amazing views from the unit and from the 360 degree rooftop. Condo features large windows and large sliding glass doors allowing plenty of natural light to overflow into the unit. The unit is ~1,100 sq ft with an open loft feel. Features a fully stocked bar, suspended papasan chair from the 10ft concrete ceilings, oversized bedroom and bathroom, and a Juliette balcony. - Street Parking - Visitor Parking in the Garage - Located on the 6th Floor - Freight Elevator - Access to all rooms - Great Natural Light - Rooftop available
