Space is 8mx8m with a single motorised up-and-over single door and painted concrete floor. No central pillars so wide open working space with two large windows and side door. It is a versatile space which can be used with existing DIY tools and garden equipment in place or easily emptied out. Leads on to a large gravel driveway, which has off-street parking for 12 cars. Next to a modern family house which can be hired as inclusive of the cost. We are experienced renters used to dealing with film crew sizes ranging from 2-70 people. Garage has electricity, water, wifi and kitchen and toilet facilities are available in the the house.
