About the Space

Beautiful loft and gallery space right off Canal Street. The space has high ceilings and wood floors. You would have access to the entire space which is the whole 4th floor (2,300 sq ft). The space can also be split in half to 1,100 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft, should you need a smaller venue. The space has high ceilings and wood floors and is ideal for photoshoots, classes, get-togethers, intimate music performances, dinners, symposiums, receptions, etc. There is a small kitchen (gas oven and sink) and bathroom. Large windows let in natural light at the front and back of the space. There are track lights on the ceiling for adjustable lighting. Multiple walls can be cleared for a shoot or space, if needed. $50/hr discount for Meeting or Production bookings on Sundays and Mondays. $5,000 flat fee for party events. Events that require security is up to venue's discretion. Security personnel will be of the venue's choosing.
