<FOR PARTIES, THE BASE PRICE IS $3500, NOT HOURLY> Beautiful loft and gallery space right off Canal Street. The space has high ceilings and wood floors and is the ideal space for photo/video shoots, private parties, large dinners, intimate music performances, and more. You would have access to the entire space which is the whole 4th floor (2,500 sq feet) and a bathroom located in the very back. The space is also able to be split in half into 1,100 and 1,200 sq feet should you need less space. Two large benches, a large table, and chairs are also available upon request. There are track lights on the ceiling for adjustable lighting and multiple rooms should you want to divide the space.
