About the Space

The Hibiscus Room is capped at 150 guests – banquet or theatre styles – can be accommodated in our popular function room. The room has a fantastic dance floor and is highly regarded among musicians for its acoustics. 1,530 sq. ft. of parquetry floor, perfect venue for all dance clubs and regular lessons at affordable prices. All members and guests, must sign in the the Queensland Government App. NOTE: The rate posted is for Monday to Saturday rate. Sunday rate is different. Please inquire for Custom Rate. Perfect venue for a Trade Show or Workshop for a Business or Craft event. The Hibiscus room has the latest media equipment including bluetooth and WIFI access, projector, screen and cordless microphones. Table cloths are black linen @ $15.00 each. Room set up is $150.00, or you are welcome to set your own room on the morning of your event. You can not bring in any of your own beverages, including water or soft drinks. Great venue for training groups, seminars and workshops.
