Looking for a space to create your auto maintenance videos? Need natural lighting in an industrial setting? Fully equipped auto shop with lounge, great space for instructional videos, short films, and photoshoots. Approx 4,200 sf of flexible open garage space. Only 10 minutes from downtown and 1mi from Sox Park. Includes 4 automotive lifts (+2 non-useable) and 2 motorcycle lifts. Garage door is 11' wide and lowest clearance point from the ceiling is 12' high. Auto lifts are rated up to 10,000 lbs. Concrete floors, concrete walls, and a beautiful wooden bow-truss ceiling with skylights running along the center, allowing sunlight to pour in throughout the day.     What a great place to shoot. Everyone at the shop was terrific to work with and so accommodating. The space itself is wonderful with so much texture and plenty of room to move. Can't wait to come back.
