Approx 4,200 sf of flexible open garage space. Only 10 minutes from downtown and 1mi from Sox Park. Includes 4 automotive lifts (+2 non-useable) and 2 motorcycle lifts. Garage door is 11' wide and lowest clearance point from the ceiling is 12' high. Auto lifts are rated up to 10,000 lbs.
Concrete floors, concrete walls, and a beautiful wooden bow-truss ceiling with skylights running along the center, allowing sunlight to pour in throughout the day.
