Fully Equipped Photo + Video Studio in Los Angeles with Office *Transparent Pricing by the Hour - All Equipment & Areas are Included in Rate* OVERVIEW: Thank you for your interest in our studio + office space in Hawthorne. We have a fully equipped photo + video studio as well as an office/bullpen area that can be used as a set or working area. This space features garage loading doors, easy gated outdoor lot parking, high ceilings, a kitchen, and two side rooms making it a seamless production, working, or event space. There are no hidden fees. Any equipment and props located in the space are included in the rate listed on Giggster. The only things we charge extra for are: seamless backdrops, expendables (single use items), and fringe production specifications such as water or fire stunts that may take extra prep/planning time on behalf of the owner, and shoots outside of 8am - 6pm window. Please let us know your requirements in advance and we can accommodate. RULES: - No smoking - No physical alterations to the walls, ceiling, doors, windows, or floors - Must provide proof of insurance - Renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to the Studio or its contents that occurs during the rental period as a result of actions, negligence, or misuse by the Renter or anyone they allow on the premises. - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges Cuts Clothing, Inc., its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or lawsuits arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while in or on the premises, including those caused by the negligence of the Studio or any third party.
