About the Space

Our conference rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art, zoom enabled rally bars that are connected to a 64' plasma screen TV. The large, wide conference room table can sit up to 7 people comfortably. Common spaces include accessible restrooms, coffee, filtered water, and free wifi amongst plenty of seating in a comfortable environment. Conference rooms also include a white board. Parking options Free street parking Parking description Plenty of street parking located near and around our building. Main lot is reserved for members. General Rules Guests must check-in to the building using our Envoy Check-In system. Shared spaces must be kept neat for all members. No smoking is allowed inside the building. Music to be kept at a reasonable volume. All ages are allowed in the space Security cameras and recording devices Security cameras are located all around the building, with exception for bathrooms, and remain on 24/7. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
