About the Space

Rental rate varies on the day of the week. Monday-Thursday $125/hr Fridays $150/hr Saturday $175/hr Sunday $150/hr NOTE: The prices you see listed do not include tables, chairs, and linens. We offer these rental options at an additional cost. We are happy to create a custom estimate with all your event rental needs. You may also see pricing and more details on our website, UniquelyYouEventVenue.com The full venue rental space is 1600 square feet with two bathrooms. You may also rent just our front, 800sqft room, Monday-Thursday for $75/hr, this is great for parties under 50 that don't need to be on a weekend. Capacity: This is our suggested capacity to ensure you and your guests are most comfortable (if you have over the suggested amount please schedule a tour to see if our venue can accommodate your guest list.). 86 - Seated dining style, based on rectangular tables with 6-8 seats per table. This leaves a comfortable amount of room to move around/through the tables 72 - seated dining style with room for a dance floor/ mingling area. 100- Seated and standing, a mix of standing cocktail style tables and seated dining tables. 130- Cocktail style event. This is all standing cocktail style tables and/or some small seated bistro tables. Speaker System: We include 2 portable Bluetooth speakers. Speakers can be controlled separately or together. 2 microphones are also included if needed.
